Starting with a clean, dry face, apply pads to under eye areas and relax for 10 - 15 minutes while Fortify+ Rejuvenating + Protecting Under Eye Pads’ active ingredients work to reduce puffiness, sagging, and other visible signs of fatigue and aging.
